Channel manager
Asyncotel pushes your rates and availability outward and receives OTA reservations back into the same reservation list your front desk already works from. Connectivity to the OTAs is delivered through our distribution partner.
Included from the Growth plan onward.
Capabilities
Each item below maps to a screen you can use on day one of a trial.
Room inventory is sent outward from Asyncotel for the date range you choose, so the OTAs sell against the same counts your stay view shows.
Rate plans are pushed per room type and date. You maintain rates in one place rather than logging into each extranet.
OTA bookings, modifications and cancellations arrive by webhook, are matched to your property, and are written into your reservation list as normal reservations.
Every inbound message is stored with its channel, booking reference and payload, so a disputed booking can be traced back to exactly what the OTA sent.
No-shows can be reported back to the channel so commission is handled correctly rather than absorbed.
Direct, OTA and walk-in bookings sit in the same list, on the same calendar, with the same folio behaviour. There is no separate OTA inbox to reconcile.
In the chain
Your room types and rate plans are mapped to each channel once.
Rates and availability go out from Asyncotel.
OTA bookings arrive by webhook and are matched to your property.
The booking behaves like any other reservation, through to invoice.

Works with
These modules share the same guest, the same folio and the same ledger. Nothing is re-keyed between them.
Plan
Sell on every OTA and your own site. Pricing is published in full and calculated from your room count — the figure on our pricing page is the figure we invoice.
